HELLO!
I’m Kevin Bennett — a designer and photographer working at the intersection of strategy, visual storytelling, and technology. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped creative brands and organizations turn ideas into clear, compelling visual systems through brand identity, web design, and custom photography.
Based in Alaska and working with clients nationwide, my approach is simple: thoughtful design, honest imagery, and solutions built to last.

My Journey So Far
1. Creative Foundations
Early Career
I began my career building a foundation in visual design, photography, and digital media — learning how strong visuals support real communication. Early work focused on branding, print, and web, shaping a practical, hands-on approach to creative problem-solving.
2. Creative Services Manager
Alaska Center for the Performing Arts
I led creative services for one of Alaska’s largest cultural institutions, overseeing branding, web development, event marketing, and visual systems. This role required balancing creative direction with technical execution at scale — across print, web, and live events.
3. Media & Web Developer
Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI)
I worked as a Media and Web Developer supporting corporate communications, brand systems, and large-scale media projects. This included major rebranding efforts, long-term content systems, and the transition to virtual and remote media during high-stakes organizational moments.
4. Independent Studio
2006-Present
Today, I run KB Design + Photo as an independent studio, partnering with organizations, brands, and institutions on design, web, and photography projects. My focus is on clarity, longevity, and visual systems that grow with the people who use them.
